Building identification

Based on:

• the typicality of the building (and therefore onthe repeatability of the intervention);
• the socio-economic importance that it plays, the function performed and its spatial and temporal use;
• the energy consumption parameterized to the size, also taking into account the living comfort.

A score from 1 to 3 was set for each of these parameters. We then proceeded by crossing the typicality and importance of the building first, and then by multiplying the score obtained by the value assigned to the parameter of energy consumption.

Considering also the year of construction of the buildings, the buildings were identified and an in-depth study was carried out to draw up the actual feasibility studies with the realization of mature designs.
